About Me
My path to this work wasn't linear.
I didn't come up through institutions. I came up through life.
Through wolf sanctuaries, dog sled teams, timber framing crews, yoga ashrams, permaculture farms, meditation halls, chronic illness, and heartbreak.
Before I ever trained with coaches, therapists, and spiritual teachers, I learned about relationship from animals, nature, and my own nervous system.
Wolves and horses taught me about connection.
Sled dogs taught me about trust.
Illness taught me how to listen.
And incredible partners taught me everything else.
My work has been shaped by a decade of one-on-one apprenticeship with exceptional teachers- My core teacher is psychotherapist Kim Barta, and I’m an ICF certified coach—but honestly, my deepest training comes from the transformations I’ve lived through and witnessed.
Today I work with individuals, couples, and leaders who want to create lives and relationships that are more honest, more alive, and more fully their own.
My work blends somatic coaching, attachment work, nervous system healing, sacred sexuality, meditation, and deep personal inquiry.
While I can support healing what happened in your past, my work is ultimately about creation; about remembering who you are.
Creating relationships that don't require self-abandonment.
Creating a life that feels aligned.
Creating the capacity to trust yourself, even when life asks more of you.
Recognizing your body carries incredible intelligence.
Discovering love can be both secure and electric.
And experiencing that YOU have the power to create this.
I believe you already possess far more wisdom than you need. It's just learning how to trust it.
If my work resonates with you, I'd love to meet you.
