Speaking and Team Work
My organizational work helps leaders and teams to identify blind spots (unrecognized habits) that create discord in their work, within a team culture, and in personal life. It supports leaders and their teams to create collaborative, innovative, thriving environments.
No audience is the same- I customize an experience for each coaching package, workshop, or keynote to address the needs of the organization.

Keynote: Resolving Leadership Blind Spots
Blind spots are unrecognized leadership habits that create discord in a leader’s work, their team, and their life.
In this playful talk, Nick creates a space for the audience to understand what unconscious blind spots are, why all humans have them, and to begin identifying one (or more) of their personal unconscious habits that operate behind the scenes. From there, we can laugh at our own foibles and explore new possibilities for success, team cohesion, and joy.
Examples of leadership blind spots:
The leader who is furious at having to do everything alone… yet rarely allows support or helps their team to grow.
The leader who is very harsh with themselves… and either ignores their team or micromanages them.
The leader who is crumbling and burnt out.. yet never gives themselves time to actually rest.
The leader who is secretly ashamed about their team’s performance… yet spends their time complaining about their “ineffective” team.
Audience will experience:
Education about common blind spots that plague leaders.
Practices to clarify at least one personal, unique blind spot.
Playful, supportive community that makes it safe to recognize our own foibles.
Insight for new options to resolve blind spots (both individually and with their team) moving forward.
The end result is a leader far better equipped to identify and handle their own blind spots.. so they can create more results, a happier team, and enjoy the process.
