Not just heartbreak with an ex, but grief from past trauma, heartbreak WITHIN a current partnership from ruptures, etc.
And more than that, this session is about the joy that is intertwined with grief… when it is held well.. when it can actually move.
We will be creating a field together than can transmute our grief.
From there, lots more wisdom and love is available to us.
